Dr. F. Chad Catrett is from Buena Vista, Georgia. He graduated from Tri-County High School in Buena Vista, and then attended Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
Dr. Catrett attended the former Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (now Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine) in Cleveland, Ohio, where he received a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine Degree and graduated in June 2009. He was active in many clubs and student government while there.
After OCPM, Dr. Catrett completed his residency at the Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s Healthcare and University of Louisville Hospital (now combined into Kentucky One Healthcare) in Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated in June 2012, with a Podiatric Medicine & Surgery Residency with Reconstructive Rearfoot/ Ankle Surgery degree.
Dr. Catrett joined Albany Podiatry Associates in June 2013, after being in private practice in Macon, Georgia. Dr. Catrett is in Cordele on Tuesdays in a satellite office. He is Board Qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a member of the Georgia Podiatric Medical Association, American Board of Podiatric Medicine, Fellow of American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and Board Certified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is currently on staff at Albany Surgery Center LLP and Pheobe Putney Memorial Hospital. Dr. Catrett enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and their son. In his free time he also enjoys hunting and fishing, and entertaining family and friends on their farm.
