Dr. Simran K. Chhabra joined Dr. Marc Frankel in 2022 as a foot and ankle surgeon at Frankel Foot & Ankle with a professional focus on sports medicine, elective surgery and musculoskeletal deformities of the foot and ankle.
Dr. Chhabra is a native of New Jersey where she earned her B.A. in Cell Biology & Neuroscience from Rutgers University. She was on the Dean’s list throughout college and was a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, the national pre-medicine honors society. Dr. Chhabra obtained her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine Degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine in Manhattan, New York. Whether it is conservative care or surgical intervention, Dr. Chhabra strives to deliver personalized and compassionate care for her patients, consistently supported by evidence-based medicine. She prioritizes listening to and understanding patient concerns and goals, as well as educating them on their conditions and personalized treatment plans. Outside of work, Dr. Chhabra enjoys a variety of activities such as hiking, traveling, baking and spending time with family.
