He is a member of The American Podiatric Medical Association and The Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Creazzo is married. He and his wife, Mary, have two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending leisure time on the lake. As a Morristown native, he is fulfilling his dreams by providing healthcare to his very own community.
