Dr. Elbys Era received his doctorate degree in podiatric medicine at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He graduated first in his class in 2007.

Dr. Era finished his 3 years of surgical residency at Palmetto General in 2010, where he was trained in complex hind foot, ankle and leg reconstruction as well as in foot and ankle traumatology, with specialization on external fixation of the lower extremity. Dr. Era’s training also included advance wound care and diabetic limb salvage. Dr. Era became a member of of Era Foot and Ankle, LLC April, 2015, making this practice one of the most well rounded clinical and surgical podiatry practices in South Florida.
