A military brat, West Texas was always considered home base. Graduated from Big Spring High School, Big Spirng,TX. Studied Electrical Engineering at Texas A&M and University of Houston. Eventually achieving a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering. Worked as an engineer at the Johnson Space Center for eight years. Attended medical school at the University of Texas Medcal Branch Galveston. Completed a residency in Orthopedic Surgery in New Mexico and a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle surgery in Idaho. Started practicing in Lubbock in 2005.
