Dr. Hori received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her podiatric medical degree from The Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science / Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Hori completed her residency in foot surgery at the Medical Center of Independence in Missouri. She became certified by the American College of Podiatric Surgery in 2005.

Medicine interested Dr. Hori at an early age, and she grew up with aspirations to become a health care provider. She chose podiatry because it allows her to provide comprehensive care, including both preventative and surgical treatment to people of all ages.
