Dr. Alireza Khosroabadi is a Fellowship trained foot and ankle specialist graduated from New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Khosroabadi completed a three year surgical residency in New York. During his foot and ankle surgical residency in New York, Dr. Alireza Khosroabadi traveled to a lecture in Pittsburgh by Dr. John Herzenberg M.D. the co-director of international limb lengthening Institute of Maryland in Baltimore. He was fascinated by this lecture and started inquiring about the Fellowship position in Baltimore. He was accepted to a one-year fellowship at the Rubin Institute for advanced orthopedics/international limb lengthening Institute in Baltimore under Dr. Dror Paley MD and Dr. John Herzenberg MD.
