Eleni Kidanu , DPM
Dr. Eleni Kidanu is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is an associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle surgeons.Originally from Windsor, Ontario Canada, Dr. Kidanu attended University of Windsor for her B.S. in biological sciences/minor in biochemistry. Dr. Kidanu completed medical school at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. After obtaining her doctorate degree she completed her three year surgical residency training at University Hospitals Regional hospitals in Cleveland Ohio. She was highly trained by many physicians and several hospitals across the Cleveland area, including Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital facilities.
Dr. Kidanu’s main focus is diabetic foot care, wound care, sports medicine, general podiatric foot care and surgery. She initially dived in the field of podiatry because she was passionate in diabetic foot care and alleviating general foot pain. Dr. Kidanu enjoys educating patients on preventative, conservative and surgical options regarding the foot and ankle.
When not treating patients, Dr. Kidanu is enjoying time her with her husband and traveling back to Canada to visit her family.
