Dr Vines is a California native that has been serving the Ventura County for over 25 years. After serving a tour with the United States Navy he entered the University of California at Riverside graduating with honors with a degree in Biology. He then entered the California College of Podiatric Medicine graduating with a DPM degree. He finished his surgical residency at the VA hospital at Palo Alto, Ca and Stanford University. Having traveled along the Ventura coast line he became enchanted with Ventura County and set up his practice in this area. He has been serving this area ever since.
