Dr. Abadeer, founder of the Lower Limb Institute, is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients of all ages. He holds Board Certifications in foot and ankle surgery as well as podiatric medicine from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Abadeer specializes in a range of podiatric conditions and treatments, including complex foot and ankle reconstruction, total joint replacement, 3D printing techniques, adult and pediatric flatfoot reconstruction, revision reconstruction surgery, adult and juvenile bunion correction, and lower extremity trauma management for both adults and children. He completed his surgical residency at New York Methodist Hospital, a level one trauma center located in Brooklyn, NY, where he also served as chief resident. During his time in NY, Dr. Abadeer coordinated as limb salvage coordinator between plastic surgeons and podiatrists, helping to save many at-risk limbs from amputation. He has also contributed to various publications and research projects throughout his career.
As a respected educator, Dr. Abadeer actively trains podiatric residents and serves as a clinical preceptor at NHCAC. His treatment philosophy involves conservative care whenever possible, but he is also well-versed in the most effective surgical techniques available in modern medicine. Dr. Abadeer believes in meeting the individual needs of his patients through a comprehensive evaluation and treatment approach, designed to promote an active and pain-free lifestyle.
