Dr. Bazan received his Bachelor of Arts in biology at Baylor University in Waco. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his podiatric medicine and surgical residency at Texas A&M Health Science Center/Scott & White Hospital – Temple. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot & Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery & Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Bazan is a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons & the American College of Podiatric Medicine.
