David Samuel, DPM
Dr. Samuel received his undergraduate degree in biology and zoology at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD in 1986. He then attended medical school at the Temple University School of Podiatry Medicine in Philadelphia. After graduating in 1990, he completed his residency in foot and ankle surgery at Crozer-Keystone Health Systems in Chester, Pennsylvania. He started Foot & Ankle Specialists of Delaware County, in 1994 and he is currently involved with training the foot and ankle surgical residents of the Crozer Keystone podiatric surgical residency program and is a clinical instructor and preceptor with the Crozer Keystone Family Practice residency program.

Dr. Samuel has provided care to all level of athletes from children through high school, college, and the professional levels. He was the team foot and ankle surgeon for the Arena Football League’s Philadelphia Soul for over ten years. He has hospital affiliations with Crozer Chester Medical Center, Delaware County, Springfield, and Taylor Hospitals, as well as being affiliated with Main Line Health’s Riddle Hospital. He specializes in general family foot and ankle medicine and surgery, diabetic foot care, limb salvage, reconstruction surgery, trauma, and sports medicine.
When not working Dr. Samuel enjoys the outdoors golfing, fishing, and traveling with his family.
