In Houston, Texas, Dr. Amundsen completed a three-year surgical residency with a reconstructive rearfoot accreditation.

Dr. Amundsen’s compassionate approach begins with fully understanding his patient’s history and condition. He enjoys helping his patients understand their ailments and gives them clear options for treatment. He coordinates his treatments with his patient’s other doctors in a team effort.
Active in his field, Dr. Amundsen is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the Arizona Podiatric Medical Association. He is fluent in Haitian Creole and has enjoyed serving the people in Haiti on medical and educational service opportunities.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Amundsen enjoys family life with his wife and five children in Prescott. His hobbies include carpentry, cooking, staying fit, and all things outdoors.
