Eric Anderson, DPM DABFAS FACFAS AAPWCA
Dr. Anderson is a central Ohio native, born and raised in Pickerington. He attended Ohio University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He then chose to pursue a degree in Medicine, and in 2002, he earned his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland.
Dr. Anderson was accepted to a three-year surgical residency in Toledo at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, where his focus was diabetic foot care with special interests in limb salvage, reconstruction of the foot and ankle, and wound care. After his three years in Toledo, he went on to complete a one-year advanced surgical reconstructive fellowship in Columbus, OH, where he focused on advanced foot and ankle reconstruction, sports medicine, a...
His extensive training includes all aspects of foot and ankle surgery with a focus on Sports Medicine. He is board qualified in forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and he is a current member of the American and Ohio Podiatric Medical Associations. Dr. Anderson is also an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, as well as the American Professional Wound Care Association.
Working closely with Mary Rutan Orthopedics & Sports Medicine as well as the Mary Rutan Wound Care Center, Dr. Anderson’s focus ranges from primary foot care to traumatic injury repair.
