Dr. Baer completed a rigorous residency at the largest volume podiatric surgical service in southern California. Upon completion of residency Dr. Baer returned to his native Mesa, Arizona where he provides all aspects of foot and ankle medicine and surgery, including: lower extremity trauma, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and sports medicine.

In addition to practicing podiatric medicine and surgery, Dr. Baer is a singer songwriter who has music available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon. He enjoys keeping active with trail running, hiking, cycling, canyoneering, rock climbing, and consuming Marvel and Star Wars movies and shows.
