Dr. Block is passionate about supporting the community through both service and monetary donations. As a board member of the Owensboro Family YMCA for the past 3 years, he has championed the mission of the YMCA, putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. Working as the Fundraising Chair, Dr. Block has raised over $100,000 for the Owensboro YMCA’s annual campaign, supported after school programs, seniors programs, specific programs such as swimming lessons, and membership to the YMCA free of charge for the less fortunate.
