Dr. Bowen completed his surgical residency at St. Vincent’s Charity Medical Center in Cleveland and a fellowship in podiatric surgery at Weil Foot, Ankle, and Orthopedic Institute in Chicago. Dr. Bowen earned his degree in podiatric medicine from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in Ohio.
