Dr. Casteel’s skill and leadership were noted early on in her medical training. She served a year as the chief resident in her residency. She also worked extensively with some podiatric surgeons in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Today, Dr. Casteel also dedicates time for mission projects in San Miguel, Mexico.
