Dr. Donnelly graduated from Temple University Medical School/ Pennsylvania College Of Podiatric Medicine.  He completed his surgical residency in Reconstructive and Traumatologic Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at Presbyterian Medical Center, Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine; this was a distinctive residency that included extensive training in general, plastic and vascular surgery.  Dr. Donnelly has completed exchange fellowships in Sweden and Turkey and is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery.  He is on the attending staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, NJ, where he was the Director of the former Wound Care Program (The Center for Advanced Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine).  He ...
