Nick Gunasayan, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Nick Gunasayan received his B.A. in biology from Austin College before attending the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco.
After graduating from Podiatry School with high honors, Dr. Gunasayan continued his training with a three-year surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at South Miami Hospital in Florida. The residency program included training with experts at the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute and the Diabetic Wound Center.
He is proud to have participated in the Yucatan Crippled Children’s Project, which is operated by podiatric physicians and surgeons affiliated with Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences.

Dr. Gunasayan has served the communities on the Central Coast since 2002. He and his wife made the Central Coast their home after graduating from his residency in Miami. They enjoy spending time with daughters Bella and Gigi. He also enjoys golf, snowboarding, basketball, and various sports and outdoor activities. Dr. Gunasayan is very proud to feature his father’s original watercolor paintings in his offices.
He is active in the community providing education to diabetic support groups, home health care agencies, local shoes stores, and senior groups.
