Dr. Hutcheson was born and raised in Iowa. After attending Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for 2 years, he followed his brother to Flagstaff, Arizona. He graduated summa cum laude with a major in Biology and a minor in chemistry in 1990 from Northern Arizona University. He returned to Iowa and graduated with his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1995 from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in De Moines Iowa.
