Dr. Jeffrey Kagan received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Binghamton. Dr. Kagan completed his surgical training in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital.
Dr. Kagan has had comprehensive training, treating all types of ailments of the foot and ankle. Dr. Kagan is versed in reconstructive surgery of both the foot and ankle as well as trauma of the same. Dr. Kagan is also versed in diabetic management, limb salvage, and wound care.
