Ryan Murphy, DPM, is a knowledgeable podiatrist on the team of providers at Hosey and Murphy Foot & Ankle Centers, which has three state-of-the-art clinics conveniently located in Clinton Township, Sterling Heights, and Mount Clemens, Michigan.
Dr. Murphy was born and raised in the Detroit area. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and earned his doctor of podiatric medicine from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He furthered his education with a residency at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center in Dearborn, Michigan, where he learned modern and advanced surgical techniques for foot and ankle reconstruction.

Outside of his work at Hosey and Murphy Foot & Ankle Centers, Dr. Murphy likes to use his skills to give back to the community. He’s gone on a number of medical missions to remote countries in order to perform surgeries to correct severe deformities in local children.
When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Murphy likes to spend time with his wife, kids and dog. He likes to both play and watch sports. He’s a big fan of Detroit teams and enjoys playing tennis, golf, basketball, and more.
