Zack Nellas, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist at InStride Comprehensive Foot and Ankle Center, a premier podiatry practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Nellas has over two decades of experience. He specializes in medical and surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions, bunions, and diabetic foot care. Dr. Nellas earned his bachelor’s degree at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and his podiatric medicine degree at Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.

He completed his podiatric surgical residency at St. John Hospital Macomb Center in Harrison Township, Michigan, and a trauma fellowship at Clinic for Traumatology at the University of Vienna in Wien, Austria.

patients of all ages suffering from foot and ankle trauma, chronic pain, diabetic foot problems, sports-related injuries, and other foot or ankle issues. He maintains his credentials to stay up to date with laser treatments and other advances in podiatric care. Dr. Nellas is board-certified in podiatric surgery and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and North Carolina Foot & Ankle Society. Dr. Nellas is affiliated with Charlotte Surgery Center, Presbyterian Hospital, and Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. He compassionately welcomes patients to InStride Comprehensive Foot and Ankle Center, and looks forward to helping them get back on their feet.
