Dr. Kelly A. Smith, DPM is a new podiatrist employed at the Foot Care Center. She graduated from Tompkins Cortland Community College, Dryden, NY, in 2004 with an Associates of Science in Math and Science/Liberal Arts. In 2008 she graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She was an inductee of Phi Theta Kappa as well as the Golden Key International Honor Society. She attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, and graduated with a degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 2012. She underwent a 3 year surgical residency at Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital in Binghamton, NY, and graduated in June 2015.

Dr. Smith did deliver a presentation for the Lourdes Learning Lunch Lecture series entitled “Lateral Ankle Sprains” in 2013. She also recently had a poster accepted at the ACFAS 2015 Annual Scientific Conference entitled “Hinged External Fixation For the Treatment of Equinus Contracture: Case Report” in Phoenix, Arizona.
