Dr. Waxman received his undergraduate education at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and attended medical school at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland. He graduated in 1982.

Dr. Waxman is the official podiatrist for the Cleveland Ballet and has been board certified by the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery since 1995.He has hospital affiliations with South Pointe Hospital, Cleveland Clinc Rehabilitation (Beachwood), and Euclid Hospital.

Dr. Waxman specializes in forefoot surgery, hammertoes, bunions, heel pain, ingrown toenails, and wound care. He has a special interest in arthritic big toe joints. He has been in practice since 1982.
