As a Bay Area local, I grew up right here in San Leandro playing sports in a tight-knit community in a diverse environment. I went to The University of Alabama on a water ski scholarship to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, with a minor in Liberal Arts in 2007. Shortly after graduating, I returned to Northern California to pursue a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, and began my healthcare career in a family practice.
