Then Dr. Zeizoun moved to the United States in 2011 where he started his new journey, doing his internship at the University of Massachusetts, Worcester, MA. Then research in endocrinology at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH. Dr. Zeizoun got ECFMG certified after successfully completing the US Medical Licensing Examination, and earned his doctorate in podiatric medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.

ackensack Meridian Health, Palisade medical center where he completed three years of post-doctoral extensive podiatric foot and ankle surgery residency training, devoted to all aspects of foot and ankle surgery including sports-related trauma, elective reconstructive surgery, arthroscopic surgery, and medical management of different podiatric pathologies, as well as additional training in wound care and advanced tissue healing including the use of different types of grafts. Dr. Zeizoun is especially passionate about sports medicine, and foot and ankle surgeries with deformity correction, correction of bunions and hammertoes, and minimally invasive surgeries.
